  • If your plant arrives dead or damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photos of the damaged plant.
  • We will either replace the plant at no additional cost or issue a refund for the purchase price of the plant.
  • Please note that we do not issue refunds for shipping costs.

2. Incorrect Product

  • If you receive an incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • We will either replace the incorrect product at no additional cost or issue a refund for the purchase price of the incorrect product.

3. Dissatisfied with Product

  •  If you are dissatisfied with a product for any reason, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.
  • We will issue a refund for the purchase price of the product.
  • Please note that we do not issue refunds for shipping costs, and you are responsible for the cost of returning the product.

4. Refund Process
