- If your plant arrives dead or damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photos of the damaged plant.
- We will either replace the plant at no additional cost or issue a refund for the purchase price of the plant.
- Please note that we do not issue refunds for shipping costs.
2. Incorrect Product
- If you receive an incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
- We will either replace the incorrect product at no additional cost or issue a refund for the purchase price of the incorrect product.

3. Dissatisfied with Product
- If you are dissatisfied with a product for any reason, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.
- We will issue a refund for the purchase price of the product.
- Please note that we do not issue refunds for shipping costs, and you are responsible for the cost of returning the product.
4. Refund Process
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the returned product.
- If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will not be refunded.
